These days many construction companies are engrosses in constructing houses, hotels, malls and towers ,all these buildings are constructed under different contract and different parties get into contract before starting the process of construction. As a rule a construction industry includes three types of parties and all of these three parties operate on the basis of two contracts. These parties work together in making important plans, designs, decisions and maps for constructing the building. The first contract is done by the owner-designer and his responsibilities include planning and preparing the design of the building In addition to it, he also has to administrate the whole process of construction. The second contract is usually known as the owner-contractor contract which basically involves construction.
